My goal is to help you improve your English writing without errors so that you can be a professional as me.

Stay right there. It will only take 3 minutes for you to become a professional in English.

You'll be amazed by the skills you will acquire at the end of my video.

The Problem

Let me explain the problem. You are at the office, and you need to send an important email to your manager saying that you can’t come to work. You have sent an email full of errors and you didn’t correct them.

In this situation, If we don't get that right, this could happen. There are a lot of mistakes in your email, so you can lose credibility. Moreover, it doesn't look very professional, and it can affect the reputation of your company.

For instance, suppose that you need to inform your supervisor about the reason why you can’t show up at the office. You want to explain it in your letter about how it is going to be.

But don't worry, I have found the solution. In the next few minutes, I'll show you exactly how to stop doing errors in your emails.

The Quest

Well, to solve this wonderful problem, there is a website called the Virtual Writing Tutor that can help you to get rid of it. First, open your web browser. Then, type this URL VirtualWritingTutor.com in the address bar and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this logo in the top left-hand corner of the screen and the navigation menu right under it.

In the top right-hand corner, there are some icons that represent all the different sharing possibilities. In the middle of the screen, it’s the text area. As you can see, here we have some instructions. (Type, speak or copy-paste your text here.) In the bottom right-hand corner of the text area are a series of icons to help you with your pronunciation. In order to correct your text, there are buttons just above the text area (Word Count, Check Grammar, Score Essay, etc.) Beside the Logout button, you have the setting’s menu. Under the text area, there are two examples buttons which will give you some samples. For the icons, the ABC check mark is to spell checker. Whenever it detects errors, you just need to scroll at the bottom of the page, and you can have a specific explanation for each of the misspelled words. You can use the microphone to talk or to pronounce a word that you don’t know. Beside that, once you have finished your text, you can click on the speech button so that it can read your text at loud. Finally, the sound icon could download your text in MP3 format as text-to-speech and the W icon is to download your text as a doc file.

The Solution

Now here is where you want to go to find the solution to the specific problem I mentioned before. In my field of study, the most important tool on this website is the grammar checker. It can eliminate all the possible errors in an email before sending it to someone. For today's example, I am going to use a short text that I have written before. I will paste it in the text area of the website. After, you need to see if you made any grammar errors. To do so, click on the button " check grammar ". Then, it will automatically scroll down to show you the mistakes you’ve made, the correct explanation and the corrected word. This can also count your words and check for any target structures if you need in your text.

The Conclusion

In conclusion, if you are studying in Accounting and Management Technology or a related field, that’s how you solve the problem of checking errors on emails. Now, I am sure that you are ready to write emails as professionals with the help of Virtual Writing Tutor.
